The Advisory Council for the Queen's-RMC Fuel Cell Research Centre has authority regarding FCRC operations, including making recommendation for the appointment of the FCRC Director, approval of the budget, and recommending to Queen’s Senate approval of the constitution and any amendments. The Advisory Council also provides guidance to the Scientific Committee regarding the definition and realization of the objectives, vision, and goals of FCRC.
